Concord Post Acute is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team on a part-time basis. The Dietary Aide plays an important role in supporting meal service and helping ensure our residents receive nutritious, appealing, and timely meals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation, plating, and serving
- Set up and clean dining and food service areas
- Deliver meals and snacks to residents as needed
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Assist with stocking and organizing food and supplies
- Follow resident dietary restrictions and facility food-service guidelines
- Provide friendly and respectful service to residents
Qualifications
- Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred
- Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Ability to communicate professionally with residents and staff
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required for the position
