We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support prescription fulfillment in an independent retail pharmacy. Reporting to the Pharmacist-in-Charge, this role will provide daytime shift coverage while assisting with medication dispensing, patient service, insurance billing, and accurate pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

<li>Process and fulfill prescriptions accurately and efficiently.</li>
<li>Assist with medication dispensing under pharmacist supervision.</li>
<li>Provide patient assistance and customer service.</li>
<li>Process insurance billing and resolve related issues.</li>
<li>Complete pharmacy data entry accurately.</li>
<li>Maintain prescription and patient records.</li>
<li>Follow medication safety procedures and pharmacy compliance requirements.</li>

Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Entry-level experience in pharmacy operations.</li>
<li>Completion of a pharmacy technician training program.</li>
<li>State pharmacy technician registration or license.</li>
<li>Knowledge of prescription processing and medication safety.</li>
<li>Experience with insurance billing and inventory control.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Effective customer service and communication skills.</li>
