We’re growing our team of In-Home Care Professionals throughout the Greater San Diego area and are looking for reliable, compassionate individuals who take pride in the care they provide.

Your Day-to-Day

As an In-Home Care Professional, you’ll provide personalized support based on each client’s individual needs and care plan. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
  
  
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers
  
  
• Providing companionship and assistance with daily activities
  
  
• Preparing meals and assisting during mealtimes
  
  
• Performing light housekeeping and helping with errands
  
  
• Providing transportation to appointments and community activities when needed
  
  
• Observing and communicating changes in a client’s condition or daily needs
  
  
• Following individualized care plans and communicating with the care team
  
  
• Providing dependable, respectful, and compassionate support to clients and their families
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience providing hands-on care or supporting individuals with daily living activities
  
  
• Patient, dependable, and compassionate approach
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and instructions
  
  
• Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
  
• Ability to meet applicable employment and client-service requirements
