Our client is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join this established geriatric healthcare organization in Fremont, California. This position is with a group purely dedicated to providing quality primary care services to seniors with multiple complex conditions.

<li>Permanent, full-time position</li>

<li>100% geriatric patient population</li>
\n
<li>5-6 patients per 8 hour shift in an out-patient clinic</li>

<li>Clinic uses EPIC for EMR</li>
