About the role

We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Representative who knows how to sell value over price. Your position is the spearhead for our marketing initiatives by demonstrating how upgrading to Contego’s Patented Technology elevates the client experience and increases daily revenue. You will be the main point of contact for your clientele as a trusted consultant to nail salon owners, guiding them through the sales journey from initial inquiry to delivery and follow-up/maintain client relations for quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Manage the full B2B sales cycle for your clients from initial prospecting (phone/facetime) and showroom demonstrations to contract negotiation and closing
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads and communications for CRM metrics
Ensure ALL required and additional details for customer orders are inputted into the Purchase Order (PO) and payment/deposit is received before submitting the order to Office for processing.
Ensure your clients understand and agree to our policies for usage of our products
Maintain company showroom cleanliness, standards, and coverage
Be an expert on our products to know what solutions from our technology need to be presented to help close a deal.

Qualifications
- Required

Fluent in Vietnamese and English
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable Transportation
Experience with Macbook, iPhones, Microsoft 365 Suite, and systems
Comfortable with calling and speaking with customers on the phone
Motivated to learn
No prior sales experience required, we provide paid training
Some organizational skills and the ability to follow systems

Schedule and work setting

Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM located at our showroom in Garden Grove, CA

Compensation and benefits

Pay: $18 to $20 per hour + uncapped commission
