LPN/LVN Prior Authorization Specialist — Remote
$26/hour | Full-Time | 100% Remote

What You’ll Do
- Review and process prior authorization requests
- Review clinical documentation, chart notes, and claims history
- Apply clinical criteria and insurance requirements
- Work with providers, pharmacists, and healthcare teams
- Use platforms such as CoverMyMeds
- Manage high-volume work while maintaining accuracy and quality
What You Bring
- Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license
- 2+ years of recent prior authorization experience
- Experience in a medical office, PBM, or clinical setting
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Schedule & Training
Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST for approximately 8 weeks.
Permanent schedules may include Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, with shifts generally between 10:00 AM–6:30 PM CST. Weekend flexibility and occasional overtime are required.
Remote Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet and the ability to hardwire your computer directly to your modem/router.
