•Primary Needs
oA strong financial partner to provide forecasting, modeling, and strategic insight.
oSomeone able to handle both hands-on financial management and operational oversight.
•Desired Skills & Experience
oStrong financial background, including GAAP knowledge and audit preparation.
oExperience with nonprofit and healthcare finance is preferred, but deep financial acumen is more critical.
oFamiliarity with QuickBooks, Excel, and ideally, nonprofit-specific systems (e.g., Blackbaud).
oAbility to recommend and implement improvements to financial systems for scalability.
•Operational Oversight
oOversight of facilities and operations manager, with attention to fiscal impact.
•Work Arrangement
oHybrid preferred (1-2 days in office), but open to remote for the right candidate.
oFlexibility in location, with openness to candidates outside the immediate area (including remote consultants from other states or countries).Month End Close, Financial Modeling, Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Forecasting & Modeling, Financial Forecast
