Position Overview:

-Follow all safety procedures as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Facilities Director

-Perform basic maintenance duties for the apartment community

-6 to 12 months experience with: plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting and drywall

-Process maintenance work orders through completion

-Other responsibilities as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor

-Maintain an organized and clean work area/maintenance shop
