Aura One Hospice is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing team in Hemet, CA. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document patient symptoms, vital signs, and changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the supervising RN or physician
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding end-of-life care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with hospice regulations
Requirements:
- Current and active LVN license in the state of California
- Previous hospice, home health, or palliative care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload in the field
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification required
