This position requires working in person, with a standard schedule M-F from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The schedule is subject to change with the approval of direct supervisor.
NOW HIRING EXPERIENCED finish and rough plumbing installers for new home construction.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working Finish Plumber with experience. Must be able to live and model our core values: Respect, Integrity, Safety and Quality.
Plumbing Installer - Rough:
Duties and Responsibilities:

Install plumbing systems and components during the rough-in phase of new construction projects.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to determine plumbing system layouts.

Measure, cut, and assemble pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand and power tools.

Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and national plumbing codes and standards.

Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to coordinate installation efforts.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pipe fittings and installation challenges.

Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues, making necessary adjustments or repairs.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.

Communicate effectively with project managers and construction supervisors regarding progress and any potential issues.

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Plumbing Installer - Finish:
Duties and Responsibilities:

Install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and bathtubs according to specifications and blueprints.

Ensure all plumbing installations meet local, state, and federal codes and regulations.

Inspect and test plumbing systems and components for leaks and functionality.

Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems.

Collaborate with contractors, builders, and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.

Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly.

Provide customer service by addressing client queries and explaining installation processes.

Document and report any changes or issues encountered during installations.

Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Plumbing Installer - Rough:
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid plumbing license or certification
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in rough plumbing installation

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and plumbing schematics

Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations

Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Valid plumbing license or certification.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing installation or related field.

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.

Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.

Experience with installing a variety of plumbing systems and fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and showers.

Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
