On-Site Staffing Supervisor
Location: Perris, CA
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; overtime required, with flexibility to accommodate business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for associates and client management.
- Monitor attendance, staffing levels, productivity, and quality to meet daily client needs.
- Supervise, coach, and counsel associates while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Conduct employee orientations and communicate company policies, safety procedures, and job expectations.
- Perform daily floor walks, identify safety risks, and submit required safety checklists.
- Coordinate Workers’ Compensation claims, injury documentation, and follow-up with Risk Management.
- Partner with Human Resources on employee concerns, investigations, accommodations, and other employee relations matters.
- Build strong client relationships, resolve workforce concerns, and support client satisfaction.
- Participate in staffing forecasts, account planning meetings, and quarterly business reviews.
- Recognize strong performance, attendance, and safety practices.
- Respond promptly to calls and messages during regular business hours and as needed after hours.
- Perform additional duties and training as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment preferred.
- Supervisory, team leadership, or workforce management experience preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information professionally.
- Comfortable using computers and technology for reporting and documentation.
- Commitment to workplace safety, employee engagement, and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work on-site in Perris, CA, with schedule flexibility and overtime as needed.
