Immediate need for a BE/BC Neurologist to join a well-established and growing Neurology group in the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County Area as the Medical Director / Practicing Neurologist. The candidate must have excellent leadership and communications, and collaborative experience.

Job Description / Clinical Duties:
Perform outpatient EMG/NCS studies, interpret electrodiagnostic findings, and provide consultation for patients with neuromuscular disorders. Collaborate with neurologists and advanced practice providers as needed.

Administrative Duties / Qualifications

Excellent leadership and communications and collaborative skills
Clinical Oversight
Supervision of neurology physicians, nurses, and other staff
Budget management
Quality Improvement

Adding a provider due to continued growth and increasing patient demand.

Joining Other Providers?
Yes. Joining a multidisciplinary neurology practice with multiple neurologists and nurse practitioners.

Days / Hours / Shifts / Weekends / Call:
Flexible schedule. Full-time or part-time available. No weekends or call required.

Any Inpatient Opportunities / Responsibilities?
Outpatient practice only.

Location(s):
Primarily Los Angeles County, with flexibility to rotate among multiple clinic locations.

Compensation Range:
Potential earnings $800K based on experience, productivity, and schedule.

Bonus Structure:
Productivity-based bonus available.

Partnership Options:
Potential partnership opportunity for the right candidate.

EMR:
Practice Fusion.

Patients per Day:
Approximately 8–18 EMG studies per day, depending on schedule.

Relocation Allowance / Sign-on Bonus:
Negotiable for the right candidate.
