About the Role

EA Relief is expanding our Irvine office and looking for experienced debt settlement closers to handle inbound, pre-qualified leads only — no cold calling, ever.

You’ll speak with clients who have already expressed interest, walk them through their financial options, and enroll them into a debt relief program that truly changes lives.

What We Offer

Inbound calls only – warm, motivated leads
Weekly commissions paid every Friday
Average earnings: $6,000–$30,000 per month
Full backend and compliance support

Requirements

Minimum 6 months debt settlement or financial sales experience
Strong communication and closing ability
Comfortable with disclosures and compliance processes
Must be driven, professional, and consistent
Full-time, in-office availability (Monday–Friday) 7:30am- 4 Pm

Compensation

100% commission-based, paid weekly (Fridays)
Top closers regularly earn $6,000+
