We are seeking an experienced Automotive Contract Clerk to handle a wide range of administrative and accounting duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle contracts, managing dealer trades, handling payoffs, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely . Key Responsibilities:
- Process new and used vehicle contracts promptly, especially at month-end .
- Pay off trade-in vehicles as soon as funding is received .
- Process dealer trades and reconcile flooring .
- Reconcile schedules weekly and monthly to maintain clean records .
- Cancel and reconcile warranties as needed .
- Reconcile commissions and bonuses .
- Process wholesale sales .
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of automotive accounting or automotive experience required .
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail .
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on tasks .
- Professional, dependable, and friendly demeanor .
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is strongly preferred .
