Make a meaningful impact supporting young learners by providing speech-language services across two welcoming school locations. This onsite, full-time contract opportunity is available immediately and runs through June 10, 2027. You will focus on delivering speech and language therapy to a diverse elementary and middle school caseload, helping students achieve their communication goals.

What You'll Need:

• Current, active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students in educational settings
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage a dynamic caseload independently
• Must provide resume and certification upon application
• Please note: Candidates with SLPA credentials or those requiring supervision are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in both elementary and middle school settings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and compliance with school and state policies
• Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as appropriate
• Participate in IEP meetings and support team-based decision making
• Travel between two school sites as part of your regular weekly schedule
