Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones in a timely and efficient manner
- Processing customer orders via fax, EDI and phone
- Responsible for the entry of all standing orders and special pricing agreements for a designated region
- Supporting the field reps (both sales and service) with day to day inquiries and placing of their orders
- Providing proof of delivery of shipments, as needed
- Maintaining level of accuracy both as a department and individually
- Being knowledgeable on products and special projects as deemed necessary by manager
- Ensuring customer satisfaction regarding taking orders, answering phones promptly, furnishing delivery information and providing field sales/service support with accuracy and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience
