Position Overview

We are hiring Class A CDL Team OTR Drivers for high-mileage, long-haul routes based out of Los Angeles (LAX). This is a compensation-based team position designed to give you predictable weekly income, consistent home time, and stable long-haul miles without the stress of chasing loads.

6+ Months CDL‐A / OTR Experience

• $1,500 per week (per driver)
• $78,000 per year (per driver)

1+ Year CDL‐A / OTR Experience

• $1,750 per week (per driver)
• $91,000 per year (per driver)

1.5+ Years CDL‐A / OTR Experience

• $2,000 per week (per driver)
• $104,000 per year (per driver)

Experience Requirements

To qualify for the compensation tiers:

• Minimum 6 months verifiable CDL‐A tractor–trailer / OTR experience for the entry compensation band.
• 1+ year and 1.5+ years experience for higher compensation bands.
• Clean driving record and ability to run dedicated team OTR freight on the outlined lanes.
