JSG is hiring an HR Administrator - Onsite in Chatsworth, CA for a manufacturing company.
- Support employee relations, performance management, and HR policy administration.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and aerospace industry regulations.
- Assist with benefits administration, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
- Track recruiting metrics and support HR reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
