Schedule: Monday-Friday + Weekend Call Every 2-3 Weeks

Job Overview:
\n We are seeking an Anesthesiologist to join a physician-led anesthesia team serving hospitals in the Fresno/Clovis area. This full-time 1099 opportunity offers competitive compensation, partnership from day one, a $25K sign-on bonus, and an average of approximately 6 weeks off per year.
\n
The physician will provide anesthesia services across a broad range of cases, including general, orthopedic, bariatric, spine, endoscopy, OB, trauma, pediatric, cardiac, and neonatal cases. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care and perform preoperative evaluations
- \n
Develop and manage appropriate anesthesia plans
- \n
Administer general, regional, and other forms of anesthesia
- \n
Provide care across various surgical and procedural cases
- \n
Participate in 24-hour from-home OR call and 24-hour in-house OB/trauma call
- \n
Participate in weekend call every 2-3 weeks
- \n
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, CRNAs, and other healthcare professionals
- \n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure patient safety
\n

Qualifications:
\n

MD or DO with Anesthesiology residency training
- \n
New graduates welcome
- \n
Active California medical license or eligibility
- \n
ACLS preferred
- \n
OB, regional anesthesia, and trauma experience preferred
- \n
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
\n

Compensation & Benefits:

$600K-$900K annual compensation, depending on call and vacation
