Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Supervisor:
\n

- Oversee daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
\n • Supervise, train, and support AP/AR staff.
\n • Ensure timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, collections, and cash applications.
\n • Review aging reports and monitor collection activities.
\n • Resolve vendor and customer account discrepancies.
\n • Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and internal controls.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Supervisor:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
\n • 5+ years of accounting experience with responsibility for both AP and AR functions.
\n • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
\n • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.
\n • Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
\n • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
