A2Z Staffs is actively seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in Union City. This is a very physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position.
In this role, you will:
- Load and unload tires manually
- Unload 1,000 tires manually daily, within a certain time frame
- Stacking tires with labels facing out to be scanned, stacking must be done in a safe and consistent pace.
- Attendance and punctuality are VITAL
- Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures
- Ability to repetitively lift- up to 80 pounds
- Work on feet for extended periods of time

- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen (we test for THC)
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shift
- Must be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shift
- Must be able to be at work each day you are schedule and be on time
- Must be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary)
- Must have steel toed boots or steel toed shoes
- Must be bilingual
