HCT seeks an experienced oncology leader to serve as the Director of an Infusion/Cancer Center located in California.

Schedule: Full-time interim to perm

Reports to: Sr. Director, Cancer Services
\n
\n
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
\n
- \n
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for oncology physician practice and infusion services.
- Lead decisions regarding relocation strategy, equipment purchases, space planning, and the future use of the existing cancer center.
- Complete and implement a protocol allowing chemotherapy services to be provided at a hospital approximately three miles away.
- Lead the expansion into two new levels of therapy requiring advanced oncology and infusion leadership experience.
- Collaborate with medical oncologists and organizational stakeholders to support operational excellence, patient-centered care, and readiness for the new facility.

Requirements:
\n
- \n
- Education: RN required; Master’s degree in Nursing or other related field such as an MSN, MBA, or MHA required.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of oncology, nursing experience combined with two years of leadership experience required
- License: Active California Registered Nurse license required
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support certification required

Estimated Annual Salary: Approximately $$175k - 184k. Expenses booked and paid for while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
