Location: Moreno Valley, CA 92551 (100% Onsite)

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

About the Opportunity
\n
We are looking for an Associate Technician – Technical Services to join a growing technical team responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing medical devices. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on technical repair experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a passion for troubleshooting.

\n
What You'll Do
\n
- \n
- Troubleshoot, test, and repair hardware and software issues on returned medical devices.
- Diagnose equipment failures using technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
- Perform functional testing and verify repairs meet quality standards.
- Document repair activities and technical findings accurately.
- Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures.
- Support product maintenance, upgrades, and technical service operations.
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time goals.
- Work closely with team members to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What We're Looking For

Required
\n
- \n
- 1–2 years of technical education or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience with equipment repair, troubleshooting, or technical assembly.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite.

Preferred

- Medical device, electronics repair, manufacturing, or production experience.
- Quality inspection experience.
- Experience using diagnostic equipment (digital multimeters, flow meters, manometers, oscilloscopes).
- Knowledge of ESD safety practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
