Job Title: Inventory Associate
Location: Van Nuys, CA 91401
Pay Rate: $22.00 / hour (Paid bi-weekly) | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Early Morning Starts | Weekends Off
Role Overview: Quantum Services is hiring a full-time Inventory Associate to join our mobile field audit team in Van Nuys, CA. In this role, you will perform physical inventory counts for local retail convenience stores and gas stations on an established daily route.
This position involves daily local route travel with paid drive time included.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-accuracy physical stock counts inside convenience stores and gas stations using handheld scanners.

Audit inventory across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.

Identify inventory variances and submit daily audit reports to store managers.

Travel daily with your regional team to scheduled client store locations within the surrounding division area.
Schedule & Hours:

Weekly Hours: 36–42 hours per week average (includes in-store auditing + paid travel time).

Shift Details: Early morning start times (varies based on client store schedule).

Work Week: Monday through Friday with consistent weekends off.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation.

Ability to complete background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.

Physical stamina to stand, bend, squat, use short step-ladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and work inside walk-in coolers.

Strong reliability and comfort with early morning start times.
