Job Details:

• Work day shift Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
\n• Five 8-hour shifts per week
\n• No call responsibilities and no weekends required
\n• Must have 2 years of occupational therapy experience
\n• Must have 3 months of recent experience in specialty
\n• Must have knowledge of HCHB (Home Care HomeBridge) system
\n• Minimum of one year of home health experience as an occupational therapist required
\n• AHA BLS certification required
\n• Must be 21 years or older
\n• Mileage reimbursement provided according to government mileage rate
\n• Must provide preferred start date, RTO, SSN, and DOB when submitting
