Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Extensive knowledge regarding substance use disorders, awareness of evidence-based treatment techniques, and a recovery-oriented approach to care.

• Proven experience providing both individual and group therapy in contexts focused on addiction recovery.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage clients with empathy and understanding.

• Strong commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, adhering to ethical standards, and preserving patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
