As a Leadership Marketing trainee, you’ll have a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at driving sales and promoting the brand within a retail environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greeting customers, assisting them with inquiries, and providing product information
- Actively engaging customers to promote products and services, upselling, and meeting sales targets
- Maintaining an understanding of the products or services offered, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions, to communicate with customers
- Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions by executing in-store signage, distributing promotional materials, and assisting with special events or sales activities
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers by addressing any customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively
- Gathering feedback from customers, observing market trends, and providing insights to management to help inform product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve store objectives, participating in team meetings, and supporting other team members as needed
- Adhering to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- A passion for customer engagement and hitting goals
- Comfortable standing for most of the shift
- Sales Experience Preferred, but not necessary
- Multitasking Skills
- Effective Communication skills (verbal/written)
- Conflict management skills
