R & R Breakfast Spot is a fast-paced, friendly breakfast restaurant focused on quality food and great customer service. Were looking for a reliable food prep team member to help keep our kitchen running smoothly during busy morning hours.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for daily breakfast service (chopping, portioning, mixing)
- Assist cooks with basic food preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Stock and restock kitchen supplies as needed
- Help with dishwashing and general kitchen support when required
- Track and monitor inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies
- Assist with receiving deliveries and checking orders for accuracy
- Notify management when items are low or need to be reordered
- Help organize storage areas (walk-in, dry storage, etc.)
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of inventory or willingness to learn
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Schedule
- Early morning shifts (typically starting between 7:00 AM 8:00 AM)
- Weekend availability is required
