Job Title: Assembler I
Location: Pomona, CA 91767 (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 12-month contract to start, with the possibility of extension
Pay rate: $20/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift 6:00 AM-4:30 PM if working OT-if not 2:30pm end; Sat as needed

Description:
- This is an onsite position.
- Daytime hours, must be open to working OT as needed
- Manager will review shortlisted candidates and Tapfin will extend offers.
- No phone or in-person interview will be conducted.
- Selected Candidates need to start as soon as screenings clear
- This role will be responsible for a variety of assembly and non-assembly functions in support of manufacturing goals.
Job Duties
- Operates equipment used to manufacture products.
- Assembles, checks, and inspects products against departmental procedures.
- Responsible for recognizing product or equipment problems that arise during the mfg. process and escalating to the Line Lead or Supervisor
Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically able to stand for prolonged periods, as this position is not done sitting down.
- Candidate may perform repetitive movements, including push/pull moving of product as needed from the assembly area.
- No heavy lifting is required.
- Area does require occasional bending, stooping, and movement of completed product from one area to another, and ability to clean up the mfg equipment used for the area.
- Will be standing on feet for entire shift so comfortable closed toe shoes are required.
