Key Responsibilities:

• Providing specialized instruction to students with disabilities in accordance with IEP goals

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining IEPs and required documentation

• Collaborating with General Education teachers, SLPs, OTs, paraprofessionals, administrators and families

• Monitoring student progress and adapting instruction to meet individual student needs

• Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications:

• Active California Education Specialist Teaching Credential required

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification required

• School-based Special Education experience required/preferred
