Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers with instruction and classroom management
- Provide individualized or small group support to students as outlined in lesson plans or Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

- Support students with assignments, activities, and the use of learning materials
- Monitor student progress and reinforce learning concepts
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development, as needed
