Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Los Angeles, CA, within a healthcare services environment. The Business Intelligence Developer will support data-driven decision-making by creating analytics content for end users and third parties who rely on Epic data. Key Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Epic reporting tools and related data sources.
- Transform healthcare data into meaningful insights that support clinical, operational, and business decision-making.
- Work with end users and stakeholders to understand reporting needs, data requirements, and workflow objectives.
- Use SQL, relational database concepts, and analytics tools to create accurate, user-friendly reporting content.
- Support data model understanding, reporting development, and analytics design across healthcare content areas.
- Ensure reporting solutions align with healthcare data standards, privacy requirements, and regulated environment expectations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $26 to $27 per hour.
