About Us Musick Restoration specializes in mold remediation, water damage restoration, and home restoration services. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our client base, build relationships, and expand our brand presence in the local market.
Job Responsibilities: ✔️ Cold Call Marketing – Reach out to potential clients, including property managers, insurance agents, and homeowners. ✔️ In-Person Marketing – Visit local businesses, subcontractors, and industry partners to generate leads. ✔️ Relationship Building – Develop and maintain connections with local contractors and subcontractors. ✔️ Networking & Events – Attend local industry meetings and networking events as needed.
Commission Structure:

• 5% of the total job price for new jobs won over $5,000
  
• 10% of the total job price for jobs under $5,000
  
• $200 per job for repeat client connections

What We’re Looking For: ✅ Outgoing, self-motivated, and results-driven ✅ Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred) ✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills ✅ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ✅ Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
