We’re looking for an experienced Senior Estimator who can also take on Project Management responsibilities across multiple projects.
This role requires strong technical expertise, independent problem-solving, and the ability to manage projects from estimation through execution. You’ll lead complex bids, oversee project phases, and collaborate across teams to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and lead detailed, complex estimates
- Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
- Analyze data and develop solutions to technical and operational challenges
- Provide guidance to less experienced team members
- Coordinate across teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Deep knowledge of insulation estimating practices and project execution
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills and ability to build consensus
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
