Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Valid and active California School Psychologist credential
- Proven background in school-based psychological services
- Experience working with elementary-aged children
- Excellent assessment, counseling, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate well with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to help identify student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create effective support plans
- Offer individual and group counseling services to students
- Participate in IEP meetings and develop intervention strategies contributing to student success
- Deliver crisis intervention as needed and support a safe school environment
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with education standards
