What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Coordinate incoming information and keep electronic and paper records current, complete, and easy to retrieve.
- Support customer requests from initial entry through internal handoff using the company’s operating system.
- Review transactional details and make routine updates to billing-related records.
- Prepare, scan, route, and archive documents connected to ongoing business activity.
- Serve as a professional first point of contact by answering calls, gathering key details, and connecting inquiries with the appropriate person.
- Monitor everyday workplace needs, including correspondence, supplies, and general administrative follow-up.
- Communicate with team members and customers to resolve missing information and prevent avoidable delays.
- Provide adaptable clerical support as office priorities change throughout the day.
