Job Details:
\n
• Day shift position working 5 x 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
\n • No on-call responsibilities and no weekend shifts required
\n • Minimum 2 years of experience required
\n • Minimum 3 months of recent experience in specialty required
\n • Minimum 1 year of home health experience as an Occupational Therapist required
\n • Must be proficient with HCHB software
\n • Mileage reimbursement provided according to government mileage rate
\n • AHA BLS certification required
\n • Must be 21 years of age or older
\n
