Motorcycle Technician / Mechanic
Join Our Team
LA Superbikes is looking for an experienced motorcycle technician who is passionate about motorcycles and takes pride in quality work.
We are a busy independent motorcycle shop servicing both Japanese and European motorcycles, including Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Ducati, BMW, Triumph, KTM, Aprilia, and more.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Japanese and European motorcycles
- Complete scheduled services, inspections, and diagnostic work
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, fuel, and performance-related issues
- Perform tire, brake, chain, suspension, and fluid services
- Install accessories, aftermarket parts, and performance upgrades
- Accurately document all work performed and parts needed
- Communicate repair findings and progress clearly with the service team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Follow all shop procedures and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous motorcycle technician or mechanic experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability
- Experience working on Japanese and/or European motorcycles
- Valid driver’s license; motorcycle endorsement preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to safely lift, move, and secure motorcycles using proper equipment
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Genuine passion for motorcycles and riding culture
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with multiple Japanese and European brands
- Electrical and computer diagnostic experience
- Factory training or professional certifications
- Performance, accessory, or suspension installation experience
- Tire-changing and balancing experience
