Role Description The Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This position is responsible for welcoming clients, answering and directing phone calls, managing front desk inquiries, and maintaining a professional and organized reception area. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, handling mail and deliveries, supporting basic clerical and administrative functions, and coordinating with tax and accounting staff to ensure smooth office operations. The Receptionist also provides courteous customer service, shares general information about services, and helps clients feel supported from the moment they arrive or call.\n
