Machine Operator Job description:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team in Chino, CA. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production equipment safely and efficiently, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to company procedures.
- Load materials and remove finished products from machines.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Inspect products for quality and defects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and production requirements.
- Complete production and quality-control records.
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Basic mechanical skills are a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
