Are you a Surgical Technician who thrives in the Operating Room and takes pride in maintaining a safe, efficient, and sterile surgical environment?
We’re seeking an Associate Surgical Technician to join a collaborative surgical team in Santa Rosa. This role offers hands-on involvement throughout surgical procedures—from OR preparation and sterile field maintenance to instrument handling and intraoperative support—while working closely with surgeons, nurses, and other perioperative professionals.

???? Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operating room, instruments, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures
- Establish and maintain a sterile field throughout procedures
- Perform surgical scrub duties and provide instruments and supplies to the surgical team
- Assist surgeons and nurses with intraoperative needs while anticipating procedural requirements
- Handle, prepare, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment according to established protocols
✅ What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Surgical Technology Program preferred
- Minimum 1 year of recent Surgical Scrub Technician experience
- Recent Operating Room experience
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical field maintenance
- Experience with surgical instrument preparation, handling, and case setup
- BLS Certification – American Heart Association
- Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA) preferred
