Outgoing, motivated, and comfortable starting conversations? US POWER is looking for energetic canvassers to connect with homeowners and generate qualified appointments for our solar team.
What You’ll Do
- Canvass neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to US POWER.
- Start conversations about electricity costs and potential solar savings.
- Identify interested homeowners who meet our qualification requirements.
- Schedule appointments with our Solar Consultants.
- Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details.
How You’ll Earn
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no hourly wage or base salary, offering three ways to earn:
- Commissions for qualified appointments that take place.
- Weekly bonuses based on completed appointment volume.
- Additional commissions when your leads become solar customers, paid at project milestones.
The full compensation plan and payment requirements will be discussed during the interview.

- Dependable individuals comfortable walking neighborhoods and working outdoors.
- Previous canvassing, appointment-setting, or sales experience is a plus.
Your role is to create interest and book qualified appointments—our Solar Consultants handle the sales presentation and closing.
