Job Description

Job DescriptionRole Summary

Keeps day-to-day enterprise IT operations running: Linux/Windows server administration, network infrastructure, virtualization, identity management, backup, and content-management platforms. Spans from entry-level technical aid roles up to senior Linux/Kubernetes and ECM (Documentum) specialists. Broadest and most continuous hiring need of the six clusters.

Core Responsibilities

  • Administer Linux distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS, Suse, Debian) across private/public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Design, monitor, and tune Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters

  • Maintain network infrastructure and cybersecurity posture (Cisco routers/switches/firewalls, ASA, Palo Alto)

  • Administer Active Directory / Entra ID identity and access management in hybrid environments

  • Manage VMware virtualization environments (vCenter, vSphere, VxRail, Horizon/VDI)

  • Administer backup and storage systems and disaster-recovery readiness

  • Provide production support, incident ticketing, and hardware/software troubleshooting

  • Maintain and develop applications on enterprise content-management platforms (OpenText Documentum)

  • Author automation via Ansible, Shell, PowerShell, or Python



RequirementsSkills Required

  • RHEL/Ubuntu/CentOS/Suse/Debian administration; Kubernetes/OpenShift

  • Cisco networking (routers, switches, ASA firewalls); monitoring tools (SCOM, NetScout, OpenNMS)

  • VMware (vCenter, vSphere, Horizon, VxRail, NSX, Aria)

  • Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID; DNS/DHCP

  • Scripting: Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible playbooks

  • Backup/storage platforms (Veritas NetBackup, Dell EMC) and ECM platforms (OpenText Documentum) for specialist variants

Experience Required

  • 5–7 years broad IT infrastructure/networking experience for senior roles; 2 years clerical/IT-support experience for entry-level (IT Technical Aid) roles

  • 3–4 years in a specific administrator role (network, Linux, or VMware) within the last 4–6 years

  • 2–4 years of security-monitoring or automation-scripting experience

Education / Training

  • Bachelor's degree in IT-related/Engineering field for senior roles; high school diploma acceptable for entry-level operations roles

  • Certifications common at senior tier: CompTIA Network+/Security+, CCNA/CCNP, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
