Join an early-stage AI fintech team building a platform that helps investment professionals find and use knowledge across complex documents and data. You will work across the product, from user interfaces and APIs to data pipelines and reliable AI features.
What You'll Do
- Build intuitive interfaces that fit naturally into investors' daily workflows.
- Develop APIs and integrations for chat tools, custom workflows, and external applications.
- Create ingestion pipelines that organize documents, emails, spreadsheets, and structured data into a unified knowledge system.
- Work directly with customers to understand needs and deliver product improvements quickly.
- Maintain strong security, privacy, and reliability standards for sensitive financial data.
- Build evaluation sets to assess the quality and reliability of AI features.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of hands-on full-stack product engineering experience, with a record of increasing scope and impact.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and Python or Node.js, or comparable technologies.
- Experience designing data models and APIs, and building reliable AI-powered products.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and experience working to a high engineering bar.
- Finance or fintech experience is helpful, along with curiosity about how investment professionals work.
- Comfort working in an early-stage environment and collaborating closely with customers and teammates.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $150,000 to $300,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
