Calibration Technician
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 4 x 10-hour shifts
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Calibration Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for calibrating, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic and high-voltage equipment in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with electronics or instrumentation experience who enjoys hands-on technical work in a professional laboratory environment.
Responsibilities
- Calibrate and repair high-voltage and electronic devices according to approved specifications and procedures
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and basic component-level repair
- Accurately complete calibration and service documentation
- Utilize electronic test equipment including:

- Digital multimeters
- Oscilloscopes
- Power supplies and related equipment
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements
- Work closely with the Lab Manager on questionable test results or reporting interpretations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support compliance with ISO9001 and/or ISO/IEC17025 quality systems
Qualifications
- Technical education in electronics, instrumentation, electrical technology, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience with calibration, electronic troubleshooting, testing, or repair
- Familiarity with electronic assembly and use of hand tools
- Basic soldering skills
- Experience using electronic test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple assignments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a calibration lab or electronics testing environment
- High-voltage experience preferred, but not required
- Experience working under ISO9001 or ISO/IEC17025 standards
