Now Hiring: Production Manager – Precision Sheet Metal
R&D Metal Fabricators, Inc. | Huntington Beach, CA | Full-Time, On-Site
Pay: $30-$35hr.
We're a precision sheet metal shop building parts for aerospace and commercial customers, and we're looking for a hands-on Production Manager to keep our floor running smoothly and our jobs shipping on time.
What you'll do:
- Run the daily production schedule and move jobs between work centers (laser, shear, press brake, weld, hardware, finishing) to keep work flowing
- Reassign operators between machines and departments as priorities change
- Spot bottlenecks early and fix them before jobs run late
What we're looking for:
- Able to read engineering drawings
- Experience scheduling work across multiple machines
- AS9100 / aerospace experience is a plus
