Job Description At GMFB Supported Living Services, we don’t just provide care, we build independence.
We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities in their own homes and communities. This role focuses on teaching life skills, promoting independence, and supporting meaningful daily living.

Responsibilities
- Coach individuals on daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, hygiene, budgeting)
- Support community involvement (appointments, outings, activities)
- Encourage independence and decision-making
- Follow each individual’s Individual Service Plan (ISP)
- Complete daily notes and documentation (this is REQUIRED, not optional)
- Provide transportation using your own vehicle when needed
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and structured environment
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (REQUIRED)
- Ability to pass background clearance (Live Scan)
- Strong communication & writing skills
- Reliable, consistent, and professional
Preferred
- Experience in SLS, ILS, caregiving, or behavioral support
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
