We are currently seeking a skilled Cabinet Refacing Service Technician to join our team.
Position Summary
The Cabinet Refacing Service Technician is responsible for completing cabinet refacing installations, service repairs, and punch-list items with precision and professionalism. This role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on carpentry skills, and the ability to work independently in customers’ homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cabinet refacing installations, adjustments, and service repairs
- Install doors, drawer fronts, panels, hardware, and trim
- Troubleshoot and correct installation or product issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and internal teams
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and timelines
- Accurately document completed work and service notes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in cabinet refacing, cabinetry, carpentry, or related field
- Strong working knowledge of hand and power tools
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in in-home remodeling or service work
- Knowledge of cabinet refacing systems and materials
- Ability to perform light finish or touch-up work
