The Branch MSR III is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Deliver exceptional member service by accurately opening new accounts, including savings, checking, and tax-advantaged/retirement accounts (IRAs, HSAs, ESAs).
- Process and close consumer loan applications (Auto, Credit Card, Personal) and refer specialty services like FastPass and AutoLand.
- Provide advanced Online Banking and Mobile App support, including troubleshooting access, Bill Pay, Zelle, and transfers.
- Process routine account maintenance, fund/close loans, and assist members with fraud or identity theft issues.
- Promote credit union products to deepen member relationships.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- 1 - 3 years of similar or related experience.
- Working knowledge of established teller procedures and policies, as well as an understanding of Credit Union operations.
- Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly in spoken interactions so others will understand.
- Proficiency with general office equipment such as calculators, computers, photocopiers, and scanners.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
- Credit Union Experience.
- Proficiency with Symitar.
Pay Rate Range : $24.00 - $27.00 an hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
