Position Description-
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Operator to support manufacturing and production operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, performing inspections, following standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensuring product quality and safety standards are consistently met.
Requirements:
- Must pass an eye exam and color vision test.
- English proficiency required (speaking, reading, writing, and training participation).
- Comfortable using microscopes and hand tools.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and interpret written information.
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours per day.
- Able to perform occasional physical activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, climbing, crawling, pushing, and pulling.
- Must have good visual acuity, including close, distance, and color vision.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Experience Required:
- Must have 6 months manufacturing experience.
- Experience in Medical Device is a plus.
